We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from us. If for any reason you are not, you have the right to return items in accordance with our guidelines below.
Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act, you as a consumer have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days after receiving the item. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us in writing via email at [your email address] within the withdrawal period.
The item must be returned to us within a reasonable time, no later than 14 days after you have informed us of your decision to withdraw. The item must be returned in the same condition as when you received it, including original packaging, labels, and any accessories. The item must not be used or damaged in any way.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
Please note that certain products are exempt from the right of withdrawal, such as:

Products that cannot be returned due to health protection or hygiene reasons if the seal is broken.

Custom-made or personalized items.

Items that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly (such as food items).
Return Procedure
To return an item, please follow these steps:

You will receive instructions on how to return the item.

Package the item securely to avoid damage during transport.

Send the item to the address provided in the return instructions.
You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless we made an error with your order or the item is defective.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected the item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days.
Complaints
If the item is defective or faulty upon receipt, you have the right to file a complaint within 2 years (or 5 years for items expected to last significantly longer). Complaints must be reported to us within a reasonable time after the defect was discovered. Please contact us via email with a description of the issue and photos of the damage/defect.
